Broken up into multiple terms throughout each year, BootyFit comprises of casual, 6 or 12-week fitness & nutrition programs based at Chapel Fitness - a boutique gym inside a Chapel conveniently located in inner-Melbourne, Australia.
Running up to three Vogue Uk approved International Luxury Detox Retreats, Wendy leads up to 10 girls on a fast-tracked program that combines her top training methods & a real, nutritious, uncompromising detox program to get you BootyFit in 2 weeks against beautiful backdrops!
We guarantee that you will find BootyFit rewarding as it is a unique combination of resistance, plyometric, interval, strength & weight training, complemented with boxing & flexibility sessions.
