BOOTYFIT WORKOUT OVERVIEW
On the journey to achieving your best BootyFit body, terms will consist of 3 sessions per week, as follows;

Upper body & ab workout
Focus: strength training/toning & sculpting
Day #2
Fat burning cardio workout
Focus: mix of interval training, plyometric training & boxing drills

Legs & booty workout
Focus: strength training/toning & sculpting
